Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital advertising platforms. This role involves strategic growth development, discovering new marketing methods, expanding to additional platforms, and driving measurable results that support the company’s global reach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, create, and optimize Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, and Performance Max.
- Plan and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) for lead generation and conversions.
- Develop, test, and implement new marketing strategies to improve performance and ROI.
- Research and integrate additional marketing platforms such as TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, Taboola, and others.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create targeted marketing funnels and improve overall user acquisition.
- Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and audiences to maximize results.
- Track and analyze KPIs including CTR, CPC, conversion rate, CAC, and overall campaign ROI.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management review.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
- Familiarity with tracking tools, pixels, UTM structures, and conversion optimization.
- Experience with CRM-based marketing workflows or automation tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
