Register

  • Sign up and provide a valid email address and phone number.
  • Your phone number becomes your default caller ID, you can always change it later.

Verify Your Email

  • Check your inbox for our verification link.
  • After verification, you’ll gain full access to your personal Account Portal.

Access the Account Portal

  • Dashboard: View key stats like total minutes, incoming/outgoing calls, how many numbers you own, agent status, and many more.
  • Initial Test Credits: Don’t want to refill yet? Contact Support, and we’ll provide free test credits so you can explore the services worry-free.

Add Account Credit

  • Universal Credit: All services (voice, numbers, SMS, eSIM) use your main account credit.
  • Payment Methods: Credit card, PayPal and cryptocurrencies - approved instantly, no waiting time.

Manage Your Caller ID

  • Go to Settings > My Caller Number: Change your default caller ID anytime.

Pricing, Reports & Support

  • Transparent Pricing Page:Compare rates for voice, phone numbers, SMS, and global data in one place.
  • Detailed Reports:Access call detail records, SMS logs, eSIM usage, billing info, and more.
  • Live Chat & Tickets:For any questions or technical help.
  • Verifications:Certain phone numbers or countries require identity/business/address verification. Submit your documents in Verifications for manual approval.

How to Use Each Service

  • Caller ID Setup

    Default: Your registered phone number.

    Customize in Settings > My Caller Number or at the Users page (for specific users).

  • Making Calls

    Web Phone: Make and receive calls directly from your browser (just grant microphone permission).

    SIP Accounts: Each user gets a SIP account by default. Configure it on any softphone (e.g., Zoiper) or PBX (Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, etc.).

    Trunking: Convert a SIP user to a trunk to integrate with your own SBC/PBX. Ideal for businesses.

  • Multiple Users & Extensions

    Users Page: Create additional users who can log in, share the same account credit, and have individual settings.

  • Voice Routing Plans

    21 Routing Plans & 300+ Providers: We cater to diverse needs and geographic areas.

    Settings > Routing Settings: Pick a plan that suits your budget or performance requirements.

    Compare Pricing Tool: Instantly check rates for your target destination across all plans.

    Routing Test: Evaluate providers daily for CLI certification (guaranteed caller ID display) or rely on automated user-call logs.

  • Call Recordings

    Free & Unlimited: Enable in Settings > Call Recordings; recordings are stored until you disable the feature.
