Outbound voice termination

Connect your SIP traffic to calling destinations. Choose a routing package and review its rates for the numbers you call.

Incoming calls over SIP

Route your IllyVoIP phone numbers to a SIP user, external SIP server or SIP URI to reach your own phone system.

Regional SIP connections

Connect where
your setup needs it.

Choose Germany, the United States or Singapore as your account’s voice region. This sets the default region for outbound calls, standard inbound routing and the webphone.

Speak with our team
Is this for my business phone system or a carrier platform?+

Both. SIP connectivity can serve businesses with a PBX and providers operating a voice platform. Tell us about your destinations, expected call volume and connection requirements so we can discuss the right setup.

How do I choose a routing package?+

Standard, Premium Local, Premium International, Wholesale. View rates.

Can I receive calls on my existing SIP system?+

Yes. Configure an IllyVoIP phone number to route to your SIP user, external SIP server or SIP URI. Number availability and activation requirements vary by country and number type.

Which regions can I connect to?+

The portal lists SIP endpoints in Germany, the United States and Singapore. Choose an account voice region and use the corresponding connection details. External SIP and SIP URI inbound routes can override the region for that route.

Are SIP signaling and call audio encrypted?+

SIP over TLS encrypts signaling. Call audio uses a separately configured mode: SDES-SRTP or DTLS-SRTP for encryption, or standard RTP without encryption. Match the mode on your device and SIP line; enabling TLS alone does not encrypt the audio.

How many simultaneous calls can I make?+

Call capacity is account-specific. The portal shows your concurrent-call limit and capacity-request controls. Discuss your simultaneous calls and calls-per-second requirements with our team; increases are subject to review.

Where can I check destination rates?+

Use Pricing in the portal to browse packages, search destinations or prefixes and download rate sheets as CSV. Quick Quote checks a destination number against your current routing plan and account rules.
