The webphone runs in the IllyVoIP portal. You need a compatible browser, an internet connection and microphone access. Dedicated apps are available if you prefer them.
Can I receive calls in the browser?+
Yes. Keep the webphone connected and route incoming calls to your SIP account or team workflow. Browser notification permissions help you see incoming call alerts.
What if the webphone is active on another device?+
The portal shows when another device holds the active webphone session. You can choose to take over that session from the device you want to use.
Is browser calling free?+
The webphone is a way to access your calling service. Calls are billed according to the applicable destination and routing rates. Check the portal for current pricing.
