  • Impersonation: Impersonate another person or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity, to commit fraud or abuse of our services.

2. Detection and Prevention

IllyVoIP employs various tools, technologies, and procedures to detect and prevent abusive and fraudulent activities. These include but are not limited to:

  • Monitoring: Continuous monitoring of network traffic and usage patterns to identify suspicious activities.
  • Automated Tools: Use of automated fraud detection systems to flag and block potentially fraudulent behavior in real time.
  • Reporting Mechanisms: Providing clear channels for customers and users to report suspected abuse or fraud.

3. Reporting Abuse or Fraud

6. Customer Responsibilities

As a user of IllyVoIP services:

  • You should implement security measures (e.g., strong passwords, two-factor authentication) to protect your account from unauthorized access.
  • You are encouraged to promptly report any suspected abuse or fraud to us using the contact information provided.

7. Policy Updates

We may update this Abuse & Fraud Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or for other reasons. When we make significant changes, we will notify our customers by posting the updated policy on our website and updating the “Last Updated” date.
