Our business customers (service providers) are the primary source of records related to end-user information and phone number usage. If a request concerns information about a specific subscriber or end user, we may refer law enforcement agencies to our customers for more complete records, while providing available data from our systems as permitted by law.

5.2. Limitations
IllyVoIP’s records may not include all details about end-user identity or activities, as our systems focus on delivering and routing communications rather than maintaining detailed subscriber databases.
