A view of waiting callers

Use the queue view to see deferred callers and bring a contact into the conversation workspace.

A clear next action

Ask our team
How is Contact Center different from Business Voice?+

Business Voice covers everyday team calling. Contact Center brings campaign management, the agent workspace, customer tools and performance reporting into the workflow for teams handling customer conversations.

Can we use both inbound and outbound calling?+

Yes. Phone numbers can route incoming calls to a queue or SIP user, while the autodialer provides outbound campaigns with Power and Predictive modes. Configure the incoming destination and campaign setup for your team.

Do agents have notes and follow-up tools?+

Yes. Agent Workspace includes customer search, recent and pinned views, notes, follow-up tools and links to the full customer profile.

How do we manage team access?+

Give agents permissions that match their responsibilities. Account Security brings sign-in protection and session review together, while Team Activity lets you review recorded team sessions, changes and other activity.

Which CRM integration is available?+

The portal includes a HubSpot integration with contact import, lead export and call or SMS logging controls. Review the supported options and permissions in your account settings.

How should we plan capacity and costs?+

Discuss your team size, expected call volume, destinations and campaign needs with us. Service access, call capacity and charges depend on your account and setup; check them before moving live traffic.
