How do I earn a referral reward?
Share the referral link from your IllyVoIP account. You earn €5 when an invited customer completes a qualifying top-up of at least €25. Signing up alone does not earn the reward.
Where do I find my referral link?
Open Billing → Referrals in the portal and copy your personal referral link. If you do not have an IllyVoIP account yet, create one first.
Can I receive my earnings in cash?
Yes. Cash becomes available one calendar month after each earning. You can request a PayPal payout once your available-to-cash-out amount reaches the €50 minimum. Verified identity and acceptance of the Referral Marketing Agreement are required. Payouts are reviewed and paid manually.
Can service credit be withdrawn later?
No. Once referral earnings are converted to your IllyVoIP balance, that converted service credit cannot be cashed out. Choose how you want to use your available earnings before converting them.
Is cash availability an additional reward?
No. Cash availability is part of your available referral earnings, not an extra balance or a second reward. Your dashboard separates the amounts available for service credit and for cash payout.
Where can I see when my earnings are ready?
The Earnings section shows the earned amount, available amount, status and cash-availability date. Existing earnings keep the dates shown there. Payouts shows the status of payout requests and service-credit conversions.
