In this article, we will explain how to download, install, and configure Zoiper 3 to use with your ILLYVOIP account. Zoiper 3 is a lightweight softphone application that allows you to make VoIP calls directly from your computer or mobile device. It’s simple to use, supports multiple platforms, and works seamlessly with ILLYVOIP. To use Zoiper 3, you need to have an active account on ILLYVOIP. Follow this guide to get started!

Step 1: Download and Install Zoiper 3

Visit the official to download the app for your platform (Windows, macOS, iOS, or Android). Alternatively, you can download Zoiper 3 directly from here: Zoiper 3

Step 2: Set Up Your VoIP Account on Zoiper 3

Launch Zoiper 3 and navigate to Settings -> Create New Account. Follow the steps below to set up your account:

Step 3: Log In with Your VoIP Account

After launching Zoiper 3, navigate to Settings -> Create New Accounts.

• If you already have a VoIP account with ILLYVOIP:
  Log in to your account and go to the SIP Accounts section. Copy your SIP Username, SIP Password and SIP Server from this section. Use these credentials to configure Zoiper 3.

Fill in the user/ user@host field with your SIP Username in the format:
sipusername@sip.illyvoip.com
For example: 1811625395411486@sip.illyvoip.com

Then, enter your SIP Password in the Password field and fill in the Hostname field with the domain: sip.illyvoip.com (or the IP address provided by ILLYVOIP). 

Once all fields are filled, click Next to procced.

In the Account Name field, enter a name for the account, such as "Agent 1." Click Next to proceed with the configuration.

If everything is set correctly, a confirmation message will appear: "Your account has been added to the account list."

Click Close if you don’t want to add more accounts on Zoiper 3.

Now your configuration is complete, and you’re successfully making calls through Zoiper 3! You’re ready to enjoy seamless VoIP communication with ILLYVOIP.
