If you have forgotten your IllyVOIP account password or your account has been locked due to too many unsuccessful attempts, you can easily recover it.

In this guide, you’ll find step-by-step instructions to reset or update your password and get access to your account.

Let’s get started.

You can recover or reset your IllyVOIP password using two methods:

1. Reset the Password via the Sign-In Page
2. Reset the Password from Account Settings

Method 1: Reset the Password via the Sign-In Page

Navigate to the ILLYVOIP portal and click the “Forgot your password” link.

Step 2:

Enter the email address connected to your IllyVOIP account and click the “Reset Password” button.

Step 3:

Check your inbox and open the email from IllyVOIP with the subject line: “Reset your password - ILLYVOIP.”
Click the “Reset Password” button to proceed.

Step 4:

You will be directed to the “Change Password” page.

• Enter your new password in the first field.
• Re-enter the same password in the second field for confirmation.
• Click the “Change My Password” button to save your new password.

Your password has been successfully changed.

Method 2: Reset the Password from Account Settings

If you’re already logged in to your IllyVOIP account, you can change your password through the Account Management section.

Step 1:

Navigate to your account and click on the profile icon in the top-right corner.
 From the dropdown, select Account Management.

Step 2:

In the Account Management section, navigate to the Change Password tab.

• Enter your current password.
• Enter and confirm your new password.
• Click “Change Password” to save it.

Your password has been successfully changed.
