Review your current simultaneous-call and call-start limits before planning more traffic. Contact support to request a capacity review; an increase is subject to approval. Test the approved capacity with your PBX and team before expanding traffic.

Send Caller ID from Your System
Select a Caller ID your account is allowed to use: an eligible purchased number, a verified external number, or a custom Caller ID only when both your account and selected package permit it. Configure the PBX accordingly. Setting a From value in your PBX does not override IllyVoIP permissions or guarantee presentation by the receiving network.
