Check the offer in your account
Open the Free Phone Number offer when it is available. The page checks your account and shows the remaining requirements. Offers can be paused or unavailable to an account; seeing this guide does not guarantee eligibility or stock.
The current claim flow requires approved identity verification and a qualifying paid top-up. Follow the exact requirements shown. Pending verification, a payment still being confirmed or an existing balance alone does not prove that the offer is unlocked. Do not make repeated payments just to retry a pending step.
Choose and review your number
- Complete the outstanding account steps and return to the offer page.
- Choose one of the countries currently shown. Continue into number selection and select an exact available number from the eligible products.
- Provide any required address information or documents. Account verification and number-specific requirements are separate.
- Review the amount due today, free period, normal monthly renewal price and renewal date. The sponsored order shows €0 due today; incoming usage, any connection fee and forwarding charges are separate from the waived rental/setup fees.
- Accept the displayed renewal terms and confirm once. If the quote changes, review the updated offer rather than assuming the old terms still apply.
Understand the result
- Processing: your order was submitted. Wait for activation and check its status instead of choosing another number.
- Review or action required: follow the request and provide requested corrections through the secure account or Support. This is not a request to start another claim.
- Assigned: open Phone Numbers, check that the number is active and review its incoming destination.
- Unavailable or no stock: do not submit a paid order assuming it will be converted into a free claim. Check the available offer or ask Support.
A temporary error after confirmation does not prove the order failed. Check the offer status and Phone Numbers before trying again. If the result remains unclear, give Support the request reference and time.
After activation and the free period
Test an ordinary incoming call and confirm the destination. Keep enough balance for usage and the normal renewal shown in your account. Free activation does not mean the number is free forever. If you do not want to retain it, review its auto-renewal and cancellation confirmation before the next renewal; a released number may not be recoverable.
