The IllyVoIP Account verification workspace brings together identity verification and the Service Agreement. Follow the state shown for your account: a completed identity check does not, by itself, mean that the agreement has been signed. Only the account owner with the required permission can complete the agreement.
1. Open the current verification workspace
- Sign in to the intended Portal account and open Account verification from the account controls.
- Read the identity and agreement status before starting anything again. If progress is already saved, use the offered continuation.
- If status is temporarily unavailable, keep your existing progress. Refresh later or contact Support; an unavailable view does not erase a completed step.
Have access to the account and to a supported browser and device for the signing step. Supply identity information only through the verification workflow. Requirements can depend on the current check, so use the instructions presented there rather than sending documents to an unrelated email address.
2. Complete or resume identity verification
- Use the start or resume action offered by the identity section. Follow the current verification provider’s instructions for the requested information.
- If a correction is requested, read the reason and correct the specified issue. Do not create another account as a substitute for completing this one.
- When the check is under review, allow that review to finish. Repeatedly starting a new check does not establish approval.
- Return to the Portal and confirm the current identity status. If a renewal is requested, complete it before continuing with the agreement as directed.
A verified identity can remain valid while you complete a separate agreement step. Do not repeat identity verification merely because you changed devices, unless the workspace requests a new check.
3. Prepare and read the agreement
- When available, open Review agreement and choose Signing as: Individual or Company representative.
- For a company, enter the requested Company name and Registration / tax ID, and confirm that you are authorized to sign for it. Do not claim authority you do not have.
- Choose Review agreement to prepare the document for review. Check the identity and company details before signing.
- Read the complete document using Previous page, Next page and zoom. Use Open original PDF or the accessible text when appropriate; do not sign an unreadable preview.
- Read and select the required consent statements only when you agree. Follow any displayed review deadline.
4. Complete the passkey signing ceremony
- Choose Sign agreement when the reviewed document and consent are correct.
- Follow the browser and device prompt. If a signing passkey must first be created, finish that step and then complete the requested signing confirmation. Creating a passkey alone is not the agreement signature.
- Use the device’s supported security confirmation, such as its screen lock or a supported security key, as offered by the browser.
- Wait for the Portal’s completion result. If the page offers Retry completion after an uncertain result, use that recovery path instead of preparing and signing another agreement blindly.
If this device cannot complete the ceremony, follow the offered other-device link or QR workflow and use the same IllyVoIP account. A device-bound passkey is not automatically copied to every device. If you have lost the needed device or passkey, use the supported recovery process rather than assuming that an ordinary password resets a signing credential.
5. Confirm completion and keep your copy
- Return to Account verification and confirm the final agreement status.
- Open Your signed agreements to find the saved copy. Use Show older records when you need an earlier agreement.
- Check that the saved record is the intended document and account. Store downloaded copies privately because they can contain identity and signature information.
If you cannot finish
Keep the exact failing step and message, browser and device version, and the time. Try a current supported browser with device security enabled if the signing prompt cannot open. Do not send identity documents, passkey material or full signed PDFs in a public screenshot. This guide explains the Portal workflow; it does not replace reading the agreement or advice about the terms you are accepting.
