Use Pricing → SMS to look up country and network rates or download the rate list. Use the SMS composer’s review step afterward for the actual recipient and message quote: the price of sending depends on both the destination and the number of billable message parts.
1. Find the destination
- Sign in and open Pricing → SMS.
- In Search by country or prefix, enter a country name or international calling prefix.
- Review the matching country and network entries. Do not assume that every network in one country has the same price.
- Clear the search when you want to browse another destination or the complete list.
Use the country code for the intended recipient, not the country where you happen to be signed in. A country search is a browsing aid; it does not validate an individual telephone number or establish that the recipient has agreed to receive your message.
2. Choose a readable view
Select Cards for a visual list or Table to compare Country, Network and Price / SMS columns. In the table, use the column headers to change the sort order. Page controls and the page-size selector help you browse a longer result set.
Changing the view, sorting or moving to another page does not change your SMS service or rates. If an expected result seems missing, clear the search and check the other pages before assuming the destination is unavailable. A loading error is different from a successful search with no matching results.
3. Understand Price / SMS
Read the rate as the price for a billable SMS part, not a promise that any length of text costs one unit. Long messages and some characters require additional parts. The composer shows encoding and segment count so you can review that effect before sending.
For illustration, if a recipient’s quoted rate is €0.08 per part and the message uses three parts, that recipient’s estimated cost is €0.24. Ten recipients with that same quote would total €2.40. These are example amounts, not current IllyVoIP prices. A mixed-country list can have different rates for each recipient.
4. Download the CSV
- Select Download CSV on SMS Rates.
- Open the downloaded file and inspect its headings and included destinations.
- Check its scope before using it as a filtered list; do not assume that the current visible page represents all rows in the download.
- Keep track of when you downloaded it. Return to live pricing and obtain a fresh message review before sending later.
A downloaded price list is a reference copy. It does not reserve prices, approve a Sender ID, increase a sending limit or queue any messages.
5. Review the actual message before sending
In SMS → Messages, select an approved sender, enter the intended recipients and write the message. Use Review SMS to inspect encoding, billable segments, per-destination pricing and the estimated total. If the quote expires, review it again. Only Confirm and send submits the message.
If the composer’s total differs from your estimate, compare the recipient’s destination, selected rate, encoding, segment count and number of recipients. Delivery is a separate outcome from quote availability or submission; sending charges can apply even when an accepted message is not delivered.
If rates or the download are unavailable
Check that you are signed into the intended account, clear an overly narrow search and wait for the list to load. For a continuing error, give Support the destination or prefix, time and visible message. Do not repeatedly submit an SMS to test whether its rate is available.
